Jugend heute: Lost in Cyberspace? Tugend der Orientierungslosigkeit? Sind Spaß, Konsum und Unverbindlichkeit die zentralen Leitkategorien der modernen Jugend? Wie kann die sportpädagogische Praxis auf die Entwicklungen adäquat reagieren?
Professionelles pädagogisches Handeln von Sportlehrkräften verlangt nach theoretischer Fundierung. Studierende, die später Schülerinnen und Schüler der Sekundarbereiche I und II unterrichten (Profile EKJ und JBU) oder in der außerschulischen Jugendarbeit (Profil IP) tätig sein möchten, können deshalb in diesem Seminar einen Überblick über die theoretischen Grundlagen des pädagogisch ausgerichteten Sports im Jugendalter gewinnen: Es werden zentrale Begriffe geklärt, grundlegende Sachverhalte beleuchtet sowie ausgewählte sportpädagogische Konzepte kritisch reflektiert. Diese Veranstaltung gibt den Studierenden Orientierung im fachwissenschaftlichen Diskurs und damit Handlungssicherheit im späteren Beruf.
