Gerichte entscheiden in Streitfällen. Dabei orientieren sie sich nicht nur am materialen Recht, etwa dem Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch oder dem Strafgesetzbuch, sondern auch an Prozessordnungen, die das Vorgehen im Verfahren regeln. Dabei operieren Gerichte vor allem im Medium der Interaktion, eingebettet in Schriftlichkeit und Mündlichkeit und in besonderer Weise räumlich geordnet.
Das Seminar beleuchtet diese Interaktionsebene von Gerichtverfahren.
Die ursprünglich vorgesehenen Feldstudien in Arbeitsgruppen fallen aus, solange die Einschränkungen des öffentlichen Lebens gelten (Kontaktbeschränkungen). Sie werden durch erhöhte Lektüre- und Exzerpt- bzw. Kommentierungspflichten ersetzt. Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt die Ankündigungen im Lernraum und den dort abgelegten neuen Seminarplan.
