300193 Regulierung globaler Finanzmärkte (S) (WiSe 2010/2011)

Eine im Zuge der Globalisierung und der rapiden Entwicklung intelligenter Finanzinstrumente gestiegene Riskanz finanzwirtschaftlicher Transaktionen lässt gesellschaftliche Gefährdungslagen erkennen, die zu veränderten Regulierungsanforderungen führen. In diesem Zusammenhang befasst sich die Veranstaltung sowohl mit wichtigen Merkmalen und Akteuren des globalen Finanzgeschäfts als auch mit aktuellen Regulierungsansätzen. Nachgezeichnet wird der Weg zu einem mehr kognitiv orientierten Finanzsystem, in dem Elemente ökonomischer Selbststeuerung gegenüber politischer Fremdsteuerung an Gewicht gewinnen.
Der Veranstaltungsplan und eine Liste mit veranstaltungsrelevanten Texten werden den TeilnehmerInnen Mitte September zur Verfügung gestellt.
