Contents, comment

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studentinnen, die grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, neu erwerben oder auffrischen möchten. Grundlage der Veranstaltung werden Projekte sein, in deren Rahmen Berechnungen in Excel als Basis dienen für Berichte in Word, aus denen .pdf-Dateien, E-Mail-Anhänge und PowerPoint-Präsentationen entstehen.
Am Ende der Veranstaltung wird ein Teilnahmezertifikat ausgehändigt.

Inhalte:
Einblick in die Grundlagen der EDV
Office 2003 (Prof. Module)
Grundlagen Excel (Tabellengestaltung, Formeln, Funktionen,
Diagramme)
Einstieg in Word (Texterfassung, Formatvorlagen,
Inhaltsverzeichnis etc.)
Grundlagen PowerPoint (Erstellung einer Präsentation, Design,
Animation)
