Das Repetitorium umfasst die examensrelevanten Teile des Verwaltungsrechts. Es dient der Wiederholung des Pflichtstoffs sowie der Vertiefung einzelner relevanter Fragen des Verfassungs- und des Europarechts.
Die Teilnehme setzt die Kenntnisse der einzelnen Fächer aus der Vorlesung voraus. Die Veranstaltung ist auf aktive Teilnahme der Studierenden angelegt und setzt die Bereitschaft zur eigenen Beteiligung voraus.
Die Veranstaltung findet Fr., 8-12 h, im Hörsaal 8 statt.
Sie gliedert sich folgendermaßen:
Allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht (Woche 1-7) (Gusy),
Polizei- und Ordnungsrecht (Woche 8-10 (Gusy),
Kommunal- und Baurecht (Woche 11-15) (Ebeling).Staatshaftungsrecht (Rüdiger),
Verwaltungsprozessrecht (Y. Hellmann)
(beide in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit im Anschluss an das WiSe).Bitte achten Sie auf besondere Ankündigungen der einzelnen Dozent/inn/en und mögliche Terminänderungen im Laufe des Semesters.
Gliederungen, Folien, Übungsfälle, Prüfungsschemata u.ä. werden auf der Homepage des Lehrstuhls Gusy im zeitlichen Kontext des Semesters veröffentlicht.
