In diesem Projektmodul werden den Bachelorkandidaten die Methoden zur Charakterisierung von Bakterien nahegebracht am Beispiel der Isolierung von Bakterien oder der phylogenetischen Charakterisierung von Clavibacter-Stämmen. Grundlegende Methoden (Plasmidisolierung, Gesamt-DNA-Isolierung, Klonierung, Transformation, PCR, ARDRA, PFGE, Mutagenese von Bakterien, Hybridisierung, Klassische physiologische Tests) werden im Kontext der Bestimmung von Bakterien vermittelt.
Persönliche Anmeldung zur Terminabsprache ist unbedingt erforderlich!
