Die Veranstaltung zeigt den Aufbau der Aktiengesellschaft aus rechtlicher Sicht und erläutert deren Hintergründe. Neben der Aktiengesellschaft und der Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien werden auch Grundzüge der Societas Europaea (SE) erläutert.
Ein vorlesungsbegleitendes Skript wird herausgegeben.
