Prof. Dr. Per-Olof WikströmIm Sommersemester 2010 führen wir ein interdisziplinäres Forschungs- und Praxisseminar zur Jugendkriminalität durch. Es soll die Möglichkeit bieten, die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven der einzelnen Fächer kennenzulernen und zu diskutieren. In das Seminar sollen Befunde aus dem von uns seit 2000 bzw. 2004 in Duisburg, Münster und Peterborough kontinuierlich durchgeführten kriminologischen Längschnittstudien eingehen. Zusätzlich werden Praktiker aus den Bereichen des Jugendstrafrechts und der Jugendhilfe teilnehmen. Die Verbindung zwischen Grundlagenfor-schung und Möglichkeiten praxisorientierter Prävention soll im Mittelpunkt des Seminars stehen. Die mündlichen Referate sowie die Diskussionen erfolgen auf Englisch, die Seminararbeiten kön-nen (mit Ausnhame der von Professor Wikström betreuten) auf Deutsch oder Englisch geschrieben werden. Die Seminarteilnehmer werden in Kleingruppen oder einzeln betreut. Die Teilnahme ist nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Leistungen:
Schriftliche Seminararbeit in Deutsch oder Englisch (20 bis maximal 25 Seiten), mündlicher Vortrag (20 Minuten) und Seminarteilnahme in Englisch.Seminarsitzungen:
