In einer Lehrkunstwerkstatt sollen bestimmte Themenkomplexe für die Erstellung von Unterrichtseinheiten vorbereitet werden, d.h. neben einzelnen methodischen Überlegungen wie etwa Darstellungsformen eines Themenaspektes geht es vor allem um eine ausführliche Sachanalyse mit Überlegungen zu möglichen Unterrichtszielen.
In diesem Seminar liegt der Fokus auf Größen und Zahlen aus Alltag und Wissenschaft, insbesondere der Entwicklung von Vorstellungen bezüglich ganz großer und ganz kleiner Daten und Zahlen.
Als Arbeitsform sollen neben einer grundlegenden Einführung in theoretische Aspekte und einer Filmvorführung möglichst viele Eigenaktivitäten (einschließlich eigenen Recherchen) der Studierenden vorkommen.
