Kaum jemand kennt sie nicht: Festivals sämtlicher Genres, die ihre Besucher über mehrere Tage in ihren Bann ziehen.
In dieser Exkursion wollen wir das Festival „Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik“ besuchen. Dies ist seit 1969 bekannt dafür, Tendenzen in der Neuen Musik anzugeben und wird sogar als „Klassentreffen der Avantgarde“ bezeichnet. Zum Programm der letzten Jahre gehören unter anderem Klanginstallationen in der Zeche Nachtigall, Performances in Grillhäuschen, Kammeropern im Saalbau und vielfältige Ensemblestücke, die innerhalb Wittens aufgeführt wurden.
Das Programm erscheint Mitte Februar und wird im ekvv veröffentlicht.
