Ziel: Im Mittelpunkt des Seminars steht die Auseinandersetzung mit Lernkulturen. Es soll ein Verständnis entwickelt werden, was Lernkulturen überhaupt sind und wie sie sich entwickeln lassen. Dabei soll die Bedeutung von Lernkulturen in den unterschiedlichen Handlungsfeldern der Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung aufgezeigt werden und eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit „alten“ und „neuen“ Lernkulturen erfolgen.
Inhalte: Folgende Aspekte werden behandelt:
- Die Entwicklung der Lernkulturdebatte in ihrem gesellschaftlichen Kontext
- Forschungen zu Lehren und Lernen in der Weiterbildung
- Gestaltung innovativer Lehr-Lernarrangements
- Lernwirkungen neuer Lernformen
- Entwicklung eines angemessenen Professionsverständnisses.Methoden:
Neben der vertieften theoretischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem angeführten Grundlagentext sollen projektorientierte Erkundungen zu Lehr-Lernarrangements in der Weiterbildung durchgeführt, Gestaltungsempfehlungen entwickelt und fachöffentlich präsentiert werden. (Werkstatt-Charakter: Lern-, Forschungs- & Schreibwerkstatt)
