Schwerpunkt des strafrechtlichen Repetitoriums im Sommersemester sind die Delikte des Besonderen Teils, vor allem die Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte. Examensrelevante Probleme werden anhand von Fällen, insbesondere anhand von aktuellen Entscheidungen aus der Rechtsprechung, wiederholt und vertieft. Auch Bezüge zu Strukturen des Allgemeinen Teils sollen deutlich werden.
