291004 Grundkurs BGB - Familien- und Erbrecht (V) (SoSe 2010)

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende des 3./4. Semesters (Pflichtstoff im Umfang des § 11 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 e)-f) JAG NRW 2003). In der ersten Semesterhälfte wird das Familienrecht behandelt (PD Dr. Hähnchen), in der zweiten Hälfte das Erbrecht (Prof. Dr. Otte).
Zum Leistungsnachweis wird eine Klausur (120 Min. Bearbeitungszeit) angeboten.
Im Familienrecht wird es gehen um Eherecht (Verlöbnis, Eheschließung, eheliche Gemeinschaft, Güter- und Scheidungsrecht), Verwandtschafts- und Kindschaftsrecht (Abstammung, elterliche Sorge und Unterhalt), außereheliche Lebensgemeinschaften (Lebenspartnerschaft und nichteheliche Gemeinschaft) sowie Betreuungsrecht (Vormundschaft, Betreuung, Pflegschaft).
Der Besuch dieser Veranstaltung ist Voraussetzung für die Belegung des Schwerpunktbereiches 1 !
