Contents, comment

Orientiert an trainings- und gesundheitsrelevanten Fragestellungen werden in der Veranstaltung ´Bewegungsapparat und Trainingsphysiologie´ die in der Grundlagenvorlesung des AB I vermittelten funktionell-anatomischen und physiologischen Grundkenntnisse gezielt vertieft. Fundierte Kenntnisse in diesen Bereichen sind unabdingbare Voraussetzung, um trotz extrem unterschiedlicher körperlicher Voraussetzungen der Trainierenden geeignete Trainingsformen und -methoden auswählen und somit adäquate Trainingsprogramme erstellen zu können.
