Dieses Seminar will einmal nicht nur den Blickwinkel einer Teildisziplin einnehmen und aus diesem mehrere soziale Phänomene betrachten, sondern den umgekehrten Weg gehen. An Hand von Gesundheitsberufen sollen verschiedene Betrachtungsweisen eingenommen werden. So sollen zunächst eine gemeinsame Grundlage geschaffen werden, indem die Gesundheitsberufe als Dienstleistungen charakterisiert werden. Diese können dann beispielsweise aus professions- oder emotionssoziologischer Sicht betrachtet werden.
Es soll also an Hand einer konkreten Berufsgruppe aufgezeigt werden, welche verschiedenen Ansätze die Soziologie verfolgen kann.
