Im Seminar werden ausgehend von der Diskussion um die Wirksamkeit von Entwicklungszusammenarbeit verschiedene methodische Ansätze und Tools der Projektplanung in der bilateralen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit nachgezeichnet und anhand von Projektbeispielen in die Praxis umgesetzt sowie kritisch reflektiert. In einem zweiten Schritt werden die Evaluierung und Wirksamkeitsmessung von Projekten der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit thematisiert und ebenfalls anhand konkreter Fallbeispiele Verfahren und Methoden vorgestellt und diskutiert.
