In diesem Seminar werden pädagogische Ansätze, Konzepte, Methoden und Strategien thematisiert, die eine erfolgreiche und effektive Unterrichtsgestaltung und individuelle Förderung bei Verhaltensauffälligkeiten ermöglichen. Didaktische Modelle und Unterrichtsorganisation werden theoretisch eingeordnet und kritisch diskutiert. Maßnahmen des Klassenmanagements werden vorgestellt, Konzepte der unterrichtsintegrierten wie auch der außerunterrichtlichen Förderung werden aus unterschiedlichen theoretischen Perspektiven beleuchtet und auf ihre Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten befragt.
Um die Inhalte möglichst anschaulich zu erfassen, wird im Verlauf des Semesters stets fallbezogen gearbeitet.
