Die Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern ist fester Bestandteil der schulischen Lehrerarbeit. Sie wird in der Regel als außerordentlich wichtig, aber ebenso schwierig angesehen. Eine gute Konzeption zur kooperativen Zusammenarbeit ist Voraussetzung für gelingende Elternarbeit und wirkt i.d.R. präventiv. Im Seminar wollen wir unterschiedliche Konzepte zur Elternarbeit unter der Perspektive betrachten, welches Ziel dabei verfolgt wird, wer davon profitiert, welche Formen unverzichtbar sind, unter welchen Bedingungen sie erfolgversprechend eingesetzt werden. Ziel des Seminars ist es, eine eigenen Konzeption zur Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern erstellen zu können.
