Das wöchentliche Brown-Bag-Seminar bietet Studierenden die Möglichkeit, in informeller Atmosphäre über grundsätzliche Fragen der Jurisprudenz und des Jurastudiums zu diskutieren. Sie sind eingeladen, einen von Ihnen mitgebrachten Mittagsimbiss während des Seminars zu verzehren.
Im Vordergrund stehen Veränderungen, die durch die Digitalisierung auch das Jurastudium und Ihre weitere berufliche Entwicklung beeinflussen. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an interessierte Studierende, die die Möglichkeit wahrnehmen möchten, im Rahmen einer aktiven Teilnahme an der Diskussion einen Erkenntnisgewinn zu erlangen. Zur Intensivierung des Erkenntnisgewinns möchte ich Sie bitten, die separate Leseliste zu beachten und die jeweilige Literatur im Vorfeld der Besprechung zur Kenntnis zu nehmen.Ein Leistungsnachweis kann in der Veranstaltung nicht erworben werden.
