Lieber Kursteilnehmer,
in der Veranstaltung "Leitentscheidungen im Migrationsrecht" werden wir die wichtigsten Entscheidungen es EuGHs zur Freizügigkeit in der Union bearbeiten.
Die Veranstaltung wird am Donnerstag (22.11.) und Freitag (23.11.) jeweils von 10:00 (c.t.) - 18:00 Uhr stattfinden. Bitte kommen Sie am 22.10. um 10:15 Uhr in Raum T2-239 - alles Weitere wird dann vor Ort besprochen.
Neben den Leitentscheidungen werden auch (Klausur-)Fälle bearbeitet. Die Veranstaltung dient unmittelbar der Klausurvorbereitung.
Der Reader mit den Leitentscheidungen ist unbedingt - in digitaler oder ausgedruckter Form - zu der Veranstaltung mitzubringen. Im Idealfall arbeiten Sie den Reader vor der Veranstaltung durch - dies wird für die Teilnahme und den Ablauf der Veranstaltung jedoch nicht vorausgesetzt. Sie könne auch ohne weitere Vorbereitung an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.
