In diesem Seminar haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, auf besonders
praktischem Wege die Moderation von Gruppen zu üben. Jedes Zweierteam
konzipiert einen Themenblock zu einem bestimmten Thema (z.B.
Projektplanung, Visualisierung, Konfliktmanagement) und leitet die
Gruppe über 90 min. Themenauswahl und Teambildung erfolgen in den
Vorbesprechungen.Kompetenzen:
Den Studierenden aus Studiengängen der Informatik werden Methoden
beigebracht, welche ihre sozialen Kompetenzen für Team- und
Projektmanagement stärken.
