Der Workshop ist für alle Promotionsinteressierten aus den Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften gedacht. Mit Hilfe von Inputs der Referentin und Gruppenarbeit wird gemeinsam überlegt, was die Promotionsphase bedeutet. Themen sind etwa die Planung der Promotionsphase und Angebote der Universität Bielefeld zur Unterstützung dieser. Auch die Bielefeld Graduate School in History and Sociology (BGHS) wird näher vorgestellt. Fragen, die etwa beantwortet werden sollen, sind: Lebensphase Promotion: Was kommt auf mich zu? Oder: Wie finde ich eine gute Betreuung?
Zwischen 12 und 13 Uhr ist der Besuch der Informationsveranstaltung zum Bielefelder Nachwuchsfond geplant.
