291122 Vertiefungsvorlesung: Aktuelle examensrelevante Rechtsprechung im Verfassungsrecht (V) (WiSe 2018/2019)

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende im Hauptstudium. Es werden aktuelle Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts (ab 2014) besprochen, die sich nach ihrem Gegenstand besonders für eine Verwertung in den (Examens-)Klausuren eignen. Pro Veranstaltung wird eine Entscheidung vorgestellt, wobei der Sachverhalt klausurmäßig - so wie er Ihnen in der Examensklausur begegnen könnte - im Sinne einer vollständigen Falllösung besprochen wird. Die Sachverhalte werden ein bis zwei Tage vor der Veranstaltung im Lernraum im eKVV zur Verfügung gestellt. Zu Beginn der Veranstaltung erfolgt eine Wiederholung der einschlägigen Prüfungsschemata sowie eine Einführung in die Arbeitsweise des Bundesverfassungsgerichts (mit Erläuterung von Fragen zur Erhebung einer Verfassungsbeschwerde in der Praxis).
