Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende des SPB 1 und an die an einer Vertiefung im Familienrecht Interessierten. Dringend empfohlen ist der vorhergehende Besuch des Grundkurses Familien- und Erbrecht oder entsprechendes Selbststudium. Schwerpunkte der Vorlesung sind Unterhalt und elterliche Sorge. Aber auch die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Eherecht und den elterlichen Beziehungen sind Gegenstand. Soweit möglich wird der Stoff anhand von Fällen behandelt.
