UniBigband … plays the music of Peter Herbolzheimer‘s RC&B

Die UniBigBand wird sich ab dem WS 2018/19 im Rahmen des Projekts
„UBB …plays the music of Peter Herbolzheimer’s Rhythm Combination & Brass“
mit den Kompositionen und Arrangements von Peter Herbolzheimer, Jerry van Rooijen, Rob Pronk u.a. Autoren, die in den letzten Jahrzehnten zum Repertoire der 1969 von Bass-Posaunisten und Arrangeur Peter Herbolzheimer gegründeten Rhythm Combination & Brass beitrugen, beschäftigen.

Die Arbeitsergebnisse werden beim 5. und 6. Konzert der Tripel Concert Reihe (im Jan u. Juni/Juli 2019) im Audimax der Uni Bielefeld präsentiert.
Eine Einspielung der Titel für das nächste Tonstudio-CD-Projekt der UniBigBand ist vorgesehen.

In diesem Zusammenhang hat die UniBigBand nun auch folgende Instrumente neu zu besetzen:

Piano/Keyboards (Flügel & Hammondorgel/Rhodes/Clavinet/Synth)
Drums/Percussion (Drumset & Percussion)
Trpt 1
E-Gitarre
Die Sax-, Trbn- und Trpt-Sätze sind ansonsten voll besetzt.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Musikalische Eignung
  • Blattspiel
  • Bigband und Jazz Erfahrung (Probespielen im Satz und Solo)
  • Selbstständige Probenvorbereitung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit bei Teilnahme
  • Teamfähigkeit
