Schwerpunkt des Seminars ist die kritische Auseinandersetzung mit disziplinären Diskursen des Themenfeldes Beratung im Kontext von Schule. Folgende Inhalte werden in den einzelnen Blöcken theoretisch behandelt und kritisch reflektiert sowie mit Hilfe von Fallanalysen praxisnah vertieft:
1. Begriffliche Grundlagen von Beratung in Abgrenzung zu Therapie
2. Geschichte der Beratung von 1970 bis heute und Beratungskritik
3. Felder und Aufgaben von Beratung im Kontext von Schule
4. Professionelles Beratungshandeln als Kompetenzkonzept
