Das Kolloquium gehört zum Angebot im Kernbereich des Schwerpunktbereichs 4 (Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht in der EU) und ist als Ergänzungsangebot zu den Vorlesungen im Kernbereich (insbes.: Wirtschaftsverfassungs- und –verwaltungsrecht I und II, Binnenmarktrecht) zu verstehen.
Es sollen aktuelle Probleme und neuere Entscheidungen deutscher Gerichte und des EuGH vorgestellt und erörtert werden. Ziel ist es, das Verständnis des europäischen und deutschen öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts problem- und praxisorientiert zu vertiefen. Die Veranstaltung ist insofern auch zur Examensvorbereitung geeignet.
Den Teilnehmer(inne)n wird Gelegenheit geboten, einzelne Entscheidungen in Kurzvorträgen darzustellen und zu kommentieren, um damit zugleich auch sog. Schlüsselqualifikationen einzuüben; ein Nachweis hierüber kann ggf. erworden werden.
