In dieser Veranstaltung werden die übergreifenden Fragen behandelt, die für sämtliche Straf-tatbestände des Besonderen Wirtschaftsstrafrechts von Bedeutung sind. Das sind insbeson-dere Probleme der Kausalität und objektiven Zurechnung, der Täterschaft und Teilnahme sowie der Sanktionierung von Tätern und Unternehmensträgern. Die Darstellung erfolgt fall-bezogen. Strafprozessuale und kriminalpolitische Bezüge sollen hergestellt werden.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Schwerpunktbereiche 8 & 9 und gehört zum Kerngebiet gem. §§ 43 I, 44 I StudPrO 2007.
Sie wird ergänzt durch die Vorlesung Wirtschaftsstrafrecht BT im Sommersemester.
