Zusatzveranstaltung im Schwerpunktbereich 2 Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung.
Die Veranstaltung vermittelt einen Einblick in die auch im nationalen Recht spürbaren Vorgaben des primären und sekundären Gesellschaftsrechts in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft. Ein Schwerpunkt der Vorlesung liegt auf den supranationalen europäischen Gesellschaftsformen, insbesondere auf der Societas Europaea (SE) und der geplanten Societas Privata Europaea (SPE).
Die Veranstaltung beginnt erst in der 2. Vorlesungswoche (22.10.2009).
