In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt "Schulaktiv", das seit 2009 vom Kreisverband der AWO mit Geldern des Europäischen Sozialfonds (EFS) und der Stadt Bielefeld in Bielefeld durchgeführt wird, wird es im Rahmen der Fallstudie darum gehen, a) eine Projektwoche mit "Schulschwänzern" zu Ursachen, Probleme und ggf. Lösungen von bzw. gegen Schulschwänzen zu planen, b) eine quantitative Studie in Bielefeld zum Thema Schulschwänzen durchzuführen oder c) Präventionsmodelle zu vergleichen bzw. zu erarbeiten. Alle erzielten Ergebnisse werden dann im Rahmen eines Fachforums ExpertInnen aus Schule und Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie anderen außerschulischen Partnern vorgestellt. Im zweiten Teil der Fallstudie (SoSe 2010) werden die vorbereiteten Aufgabenbereiche praktisch durchgeführt und ausgewertet. Auch diese Ergebnisse fließen dann wiederum in das Fachforum ein bzw. werden dort von den TeilnehmerInnen der Fallstudie präsentiert.
