Das Seminar richtet sich primär an Studierende der Rechtswissenschaften, insbesondere des Schwerpunktbereichs 6, steht aber auch anderen Studierenden offen, die sich mit den Herausforderungen des europäischen Asylsystems eingehend und reflektiert auseinandersetzen möchten. Die Teilnehmer halten zum jeweiligen Termin ein einleitendes Referat. Die fertige Seminararbeit muss spätestens 4 Wochen nach dem Referat abgegeben werden. Wer einen Seminarschein, insbesondere einen Grundlagenschein, erwerben will, muss eine Seminararbeit im Umfang von ca. 20 Seiten verfassen. Anderenfalls reicht auch eine Kurzarbeit im Seitenumfang von 5 Seiten. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 20 Studierende begrenzt. Themen können auch doppelt vergeben werden.
Die Themenvergabe findet in der ersten Stunde am 10. April 2018 statt. Die Themenliste hängt aus.
