Die Veranstaltung führt anhand zentraler Werke in Fragestellungen, Forschungsthemen und Theorien der Wirtschaftssoziologie ein. Ziel ist es, eine spezifisch soziologische Perspektive auf wirtschaftliche Phänomene und Prozesse herauszuarbeiten und auf ihre Leistungsfähigkeit hin zu überprüfen. Die Vorlesung führt in die entsprechenden Theorien und Forschungsgegenstände ein, in den Übungen werden diese dann anhand von wichtigen wirtschaftssoziologischen Texten sowie Fallbeispielen vertiefend bearbeitet.

Die Literatur für die Übung wird elektronisch im Stud.IP bereitgestellt. Weiterführende Literatur wird in einem Semesterapparat zusammengestellt.

Erwartet wird die regelmäßige Teilnahme an der Vorlesung. Die Inhalte der Vorlesung sind auch für die modulbezogene benotete Einzelleistung, die in der Integrativen Lehrveranstaltung erbracht wird, relevant. Die Vorlesung findet 14-tägig abwechselnd mit den Übungen statt. Die Vergabe der LP setzt die Teilnahme an Vorlesung UND Übung voraus.
