In Form eines kleinen Projekts können die Studierenden an aktueller Forschung im Bereich der Neurobiologie mitwirken oder grundlegende, neurobiologische Experimente weitgehend eigenständig durchführen. Die Grundthematik der Projekte liegt im Bereich der Verarbeitung von visueller Information durch das Insektengehirn.
