230186 Current Approaches: Teaching Key Competences (S) (SoSe 2018)

Contents, comment

During this course, we will have a look at basic approaches to teaching English language competences in the familiar fields of grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, speaking and writing. We will also broaden the view to approaches concerned with inclusive teaching as well as more recent paradigms such as multi-/digital literacies. All through the course, we will combine theoretical input with reflections / discussions as well as practical work on task design and lesson planning.
