Im Rahmen der Module 1 und 2 finden "Orientierende Praxisstudien" im Umfang von insgesamt 2 LP statt. Sie beinhalten Vorträge von Absolventen der Fakultät für Physik mit Diskussionsanteilen, in denen die vielfältigen Berufsfelder, in denen Physiker nach ihrem Universitätsabschluss arbeiten, vorgestellt werden. Dieses dient der Überprüfung der Studienwahl und erleichtert die Schwerpunktsetzung im Studium.
