Das projektbezogene Seminar umfaßt folgende Themengebiete:
- Ansätze und Theorien zur Analyse multimodaler Kommunikation
- graphentheoretische Modelle zur Repräsentation multimodaler Daten
- Systeme zur Annotation multimodaler Daten
- Annotationswerkzeuge im Vergleich (z.B. Anvil, ELAN, EXMARaLDA etc.)
- deskriptiv-statistische Analyse multimodaler Daten
- Festlegung von Projektschwerpunkten
- Auswertung und Ergebnisdiskussion
Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer sollen anhand von kleineren
Annotationsprojekten lernen, ihr Erkenntnisinteresse in Bezug auf
die Analyse multimodaler Daten zu operationalisieren, und zwar mit
Hilfe geeigneter Annotationswerkzeuge und der anschließenden
explorativen Datenanalyse. Auf diese Weise sollen sie die eigenständige
wissenschaftliche Analyse multimodaler Diskurse erlernen.
