Eine wesentliche Eigenschaft, die Rechtswissenschaftler haben müssen, ist die Fähigkeit zu kommunizieren mit Mandanten, Mitarbeitern, Kollegen und Richtern.
In diesem Seminar lernen Sie die Grundlagen der Kommunikation kennen. Dazu gehört, Ihr eigenes Kommunikationsverhalten zu kennen und das der anderen einschätzen zu können. Richtiges Zuhören ist dabei zum Beispiel genauso wichtig, wie das zielgerichtete Stellen von Fragen. Diese Veranstaltung bietet Ihnen einen Übungsraum für unterschiedliche kommunikative Situationen. Die Übungen haben Bezug zu juristischen Alltags- oder Berufssituationen - es geht aber nicht um die Vermittlung fachlicher Inhalte.
Bei diesem Seminar handelt es sich nicht um ein Rhetorik-Training!
