Im Rahmen dieses Laborpraktikums sollen fortgeschrittenen Studierenden Einblicke in zell- und entwicklungsbiologische sowie biochemische und molekulargenetische Arbeitsmethoden gegeben werden. Ziel des Praktikums ist es, eine Aufgabe nach Anleitung durch den Betreuer weitgehend selbstständig zu lösen und dabei mindestens zwei der im Labor gängigen Methoden kennen zu lernen. Das Praktikum bereitet eigenständige Forschungsarbeiten vor, wie sie später im Rahmen von Diplom- bzw. Examensarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Das Praktikum ist für Studierende höherer Semester gedacht, die an den entsprechenden Vorlesungen, Seminaren und Praktika teilgenommen haben und eine experimentelle Arbeit am Lehrstuhl Zellbiologie erwägen.
