Im ersten Teil des Seminars sollen Strukturen, Funktionen und auch Probleme des zweidimensionalen Charakter-Interaktionsdramas aufgezeigt werden, das sich als heroisch-politisches Drama aus dem familialistischen Situationsdrama vom Typ <i<Emilia Galotti'' (Lessing) entwickelt. Dabei wird auf das methodische Verfahren der Darstellung dramatischer Konfigurationen in Matrixform zurückgegriffen. Auf Basis genauer Einzelanalysen der Schillerschen Dramen (von den Räubern über Kabale und Liebe, Fiesco und Don Karlos bis hin zu Wallenstein und Wilhelm Tell) lassen sich dabei auch Entwicklungslinien der Grundstruktur aufzeigen.
Im zweiten Teil steht dann das didaktische Potenzial der Matrixmethode und die Entwicklung konkreter Unterrichtskonzepte im Vordergrund.Die Teilnehmer müssen die Dramen zu Semesterbeginn gelesen haben; überprüft werden die Textkenntnisse in der ersten Sitzung durch eine Kurzklausur.
Zu Semesterbeginn wird ein Reader zum Seminar zur Verfügung stehen.
