Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist das Dritte Buch des BGB (§§ 854 bis 1296 BGB). Schwerpunkte bilden das Besitzrecht, aus dem Recht der beweglichen Sachen der Erwerb und Verlust des Eigentums, die Ansprüche aus dem Eigentum und das Pfandrecht sowie aus dem Liegenschaftsrecht der Erwerb und Verlust des Eigen-tums an Grundstücken und die Grundschuld.
