Die Veranstaltung soll einen Überblick über die mikrobiologisch relevanten Parameter bei der Abwasser-Entstehung und Reinigung geben. Es sollen mit einfachen Mitteln bakteriologische, ökologische sowie chemisch-physikalische Untersuchungen zur Güteklassebestimmung von Gewässern durchgeführt werden. Weiterhin sol-len Versuche zur Trink- und Abwasserdesinfektion und eine Klärwerksexkursion durchgeführt werden. Der fach-didaktisch/fachmethodische Einsatz der vorgestellten Untersuchungen und der Exkursion im Biologieunterricht wird diskutiert [Lf: n; 50: n; Fs: n]
