Ziel und Inhalt des Praktikums ist es, Grundlagen der Nutztierforschung und Haltung kennen zu lernen. Dabei wird auf verschiedene Zuchtformen und deren spezifische Haltungsbedingungen mit deren Vorteilen und Nachteilen eingegangen. Anhand praktischer Verhaltensexperimente sollen Kenntnisse im experimentellen wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten sowie in den zugrunde liegende Theorien und Methoden erworben und angewandt werden. Die zweite und dritte Praktikumswoche wird am Institut für Tierschutz und Tierhaltung der FAL in Celle durchgeführt. Leistungsnachweise: Seminarvortrag, Ergebnisberichte, Abschlußprotokoll
