Das Seminar dient als Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Ergänzung des Studienbriefes von Heinz Bach "Theorie der Sonderpädagogik". Bach bearbeitet besondere Problemstellungen der Sonderpädagogik und geht dabei auf spezifische Zielfragen, Handlungs- und Organisationsformen ein. Die kritische Auseinandersetzung mit dieser theoretischen Analyse
erfolgt im Seminar vor allem unter dem Aspekt der Konsequenzen für die Praxis. In der Auseinandersetzung um die Entwicklung der Allgemeinen Schule als Lernort für alle Kinder und Jugendliche werden Tendenzen und Perspektiven im nationalen und internationalen Vergleich beleuchtet.
