Gegenstand der Vorlesung sind die Grundzüge des Jugendstrafrechts vor dem Hintergrund kriminologischer Erkenntnisse. Behandelt werden insbesondere Alters- und Reifestufen, Strafmündigkeit, Rechtsfolgen im Jugendgerichtsgesetz (JGG), Jugendgerichtsverfassung, Jugendstrafverfahren. Besondere Beachtung finden der Erziehungsgrundsatz, Möglichkeiten jugendstrafrechtlicher Interventionen, Diversion, Täter-Opfer-Ausgleich, Jugendstrafvollzug und Maßnahmen der Jugendhilfe, KJHG.
Es besteht die Gelegenheit zum Erwerb des Grundlagenscheins nach der alten Studienordnung 1993.Voraussetzung für den Erwerb des Grundlagenscheins ist das Bestehen von zwei Klausuren mit mindestens der Note "ausreichend" (4 Punkte).
Für Studierende nach neuer Studienordnung dienen die Klausuren der Vorbereitung auf die Examensklausuren.
Die Klausur im Schwerpunktbereich wird nach Bedarf in der letzten oder vorletzten Semesterwoche angeboten.Termine:
