Mit der Veranstaltung soll ein Überblick über die Verfassungsgeschichte zwischen 1803 und 1918 gegeben werden. Hierbei wird es namentlich um die Entwicklung des deutschen Konstitutionalismus und dessen heraufziehendes Ende gehen.
