Wahlfachveranstaltung der WFG 5 - Arbeitsrecht (JAG 1993) und Schwerpunktveranstaltung für SPB 7 - Arbeit und sozialer Schutz (StudPrO 2003)
Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist ein Teil des Rechts der kollektiven Arbeitsbeziehungen, nämlich der Gewerkschaften und Arbeitgeberverbände. Dargestellt werden die verfassungsrechtlichen Grundlagen des Koalitionsrechts, das Tarifvertragsrecht (Abschluss, Inhalt, Auslegung und Anwendung von Tarifverträgen) sowie das Recht des Arbeitskampfes (Voraussetzungen von Streik und Aussperrung, Rechtsfolgen rechtmäßiger und Rechtsfolgen rechtswidriger Arbeitskämpfe).
Hinweis zum Erwerb der Leistungsnachweise im Schwerpunktbereich Arbeit und sozialer Schutz (StudPrO 2003): Eine Aufsichtsarbeit i.S.d. § 43 I StudPrO wird in der Veranstaltung "Individualarbeitsrecht (Vertiefung)" angeboten. Bitte beachten Sie den dortigen Hinweis.
