Dieses Seminar richtet sich durch die Auswahl der Inhalte vornehmlich an Studierende, die das Bachelor-Profil ŽGesundheit und ManagementŽ zu studieren beabsichtigen. Bachelor-Studierenden, die ein Lehramtsprofil anstreben, wird dringend empfohlen, die Trainingslehre-Seminare mittwochs (14-16 Uhr) oder freitags (12-14 Uhr) zu besuchen.
Basierend auf den in den Veranstaltungen ŽAnatomieŽ und ŽPhysiologieŽ ermittelten biologischen Grundlagen beschäftigt sich die Trainingslehre mit der Optimierung der die Auslösung, Sicherung und Steuerung von Adaptationsvorgängen bestimmenden Faktoren. Besondere Berücksichtigung findet hierbei die Tatsache, dass der Trainingsprozess auf unterschiedlichste Intentionen (z.B. Leistungssport, Prävention, Rehabilitation) und körperliche Voraussetzungen (z.B. jung - alt, gesund - krank, trainiert - untrainiert) abgestimmt werden muss.
