In dieser Veranstaltung werden die Besonderheiten der Verfassungsurkunden der deutschen Einzelstaaten zwischen 1807 und 1871 am Beispiel des Herzogtums Nassau beleuchtet. Zu diesem Zweck besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Referatsthema zu bearbeiten.

Das Seminar richtet sich an Studierende im fortgeschrittenen Stadium ihres Studiums (ab 5. Semester). Studierende anderer Studienfächer als mit rechtswissenschaftlichem Bezug sollten erst ab dem Master-Studiengang dieses Seminar belegen.
