Das Seminar (richtet sich an Studenten und Studentinnen) bietet die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem Thema Frauenrollen im amerikanischen sowie europäischen Film zu beschäftigen und sich in Kleingruppen mit den jeweiligen Frauenbildern kritisch auseinander zu setzen. Anhand eines Kriterienkataloges und verschiedener Fragestellungen sollen die Teilnehmer zwei Kurzfilme (ca. 5 Minuten Länge) zum positiven sowie negativen Frauenbild entwerfen und drehen. (Die gedrehten Kurzfilme werden in das UniVideoMagazin der Universität Bielefeld integriert.) Am Beispiel einzelner Kinofilme sollen dann im Laufe des Seminars die stereotypen Frauenrollen dargestellt und zur Diskussion gestellt werden.

Medienpass und Videoproduktionserfahrung sind erwünscht aber nicht erforderlich.
