Die Fähigkeit zur professionellen Kommunikation, zum Argumentieren, Verhandeln und Überzeugen ist eine Schlüsselqualifikation für jeden Juristen. In diesem Seminar werden die theoretischen Grundlagen der effektiver Kommunikation vermittelt und die praktische Anwendung rhetorischer Fertigkeiten anhand zivilrechtlicher Fallgestaltungen trainiert. Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung stehen Übungen zu Kommunikationssituationen, die für den juristischen Berufsalltag typisch sind. Einen Höhepunkt bildet eine simulierte Gerichtsverhandlung (Moot-Court)

· Christoph Busch, Maître en Droit, Preisträger des ZEIT-Rednerwettbewerbs
· Wiebke Kissmann, Kommunikationstrainerin und Personalentwicklerin
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vornehmlich an Studierende ab dem 4. Fachsemester und wird am Semesterende als dreitägiges Blockseminar stattfinden.
Um eine effektive Arbeit zu gewährleisten, ist die Teilnehmerzahl begrenzt. Interessenten werden gebeten sich bis zum29.10.2004
am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Hans Schulte-Nölke anzumelden. Eine Vorbesprechung findet am 4.11.2004 von 17-18 h in Raum T 3 144 statt.
Veranstaltung zum Erwerb von Schlüsselqualifikationen. Durch aktive Teilnahme kann ein Schein nach § 28 Abs. 3 StudO 2003 erworben werden. Außerdem erhalten die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer ein aussagekräftiges Zeugnis, das bei Bewerbungen vorgelegt werden kann.
